Research and Development

As a developing company, we still need to increase equipment. Currently, our facilities are in the hardware department, the rattan plaiting department, powder spraying department, and quality control department.

Our hardware department is mainly responsible for cutting original materials and model-welding. It is equipped with cutting machines, tube bending machines, welding machines, and brick bed machines.

Cutting machine processes original materials according to customers' sizes. While cutting iron, it will spray.

Tube bending machines are used to modeling materials into different shapes.

Welding machines include carbon dioxide welding machine for aluminum materials, and argon fluorine welding machine for iron materials.

Rattan weaving department utilizes air compressors in weaving processing. Some pieces of furniture need nails to fix. Powder spraying department sprays powder for final procedures.
